We are pleased to announce a Planning Application has been submitted for our proposals for a new roadside development at Linnorie, Huntly.

Aberdeenshire Council are currently running a consultation and we are asking for your support to help make our vision a reality.

By submitting a letter of support on Aberdeenshire Council’s Planning Portal you can make sure your voice is heard.

Our proposal includes:

  • The creation of up to 100 new jobs for local people
  • Additional employment opportunities during construction and the supply chain
  • Significant investment in the local community a big boost to the economy in Huntly and the surrounding area
  • The first super-fast rapid EV charging facility in the area
  • Increased choice with extended trading hours for the area, which will help boost trade locally
